Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of Quincery for iOS. By playing it you accept them; if you don't, please don't use the app.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play Quincery for your own non-commercial enjoyment.
Sugar cubes and orchard plots
Sugar cubes are earned only by making jam in the game and are spent only in the game's orchard. They have no real-world value and can't be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for anything outside the game. Quincery has no in-app purchases. Your cubes, plots and progress live on your device and are lost if you clear the pantry or delete the app.
Fair play
Please don't reverse-engineer, modify, tamper with or redistribute the app, or use it to build something else.
Who owns what
The game, its illustrations, music, sounds, text and code belong to the developer, Jaime Ortiz. Playing it doesn't transfer any of that ownership to you.
No guarantees
Quincery is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To that same extent, the developer isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the game, including lost progress.
For everyone
Quincery is a family-friendly game suitable for a general audience. It has no accounts, no chat and no online features.
